Operational Program of the Municipality of Anogeia

The Municipality of Anogeia operational program is an integrated program for the Municipality’s local and organizational development. It focuses on infrastructure and local investments, upgrading the Municipality’s existing organization and operation, improving its administrative capacity and providing better-quality services to citizens. It covers the full range of the Municipality’s competences and potentially all local affairs.

The operational program includes the primary geographic, population, social, economic, urban, environmental and development characteristics of the Municipality’s territory, the assessment of the current situation, the definition of the development vision and the definition of the Municipality’s strategy, the definition of the operational planning and financial planning, as well as the method of monitoring and evaluation of the operational program.

MADE Consultants undertook the technical and scientific support of the Municipality to prepare the Municipal operational program for 2024 – 2028, in line with the guidelines of regional and national development planning and based on the requirements and guidelines of the current institutional framework, taking into account the specific characteristics and position of the Municipality within the regional, national, and broader geopolitical, social and economic environment.
