Operational Program of the Municipality of Archanes-Asterousia
The Operational Program of the Municipality of Archanes-Asterousia is an action plan aiming at upgrading the existing organization and functioning of the Municipality, as well as promoting local development. It serves as a framework of strategic goals and priorities, which, among other things, seeks to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors and to provide higher-quality services to citizens.
In this context, and in alignment with the directions of regional and national development planning, MADE Consultants has undertaken the preparation of the Municipality’s Operational Program. The goal is for the program to become an integral part of the Municipality’s day-to-day operations and administration, as well as part of its programming cycle.
The Operational Program includes the recording of the Municipality’s key geographic, demographic, social, economic, urban planning, environmental, and developmental characteristics, the assessment of the current situation, the formulation of a development vision and strategy, the definition of operational and financial planning, and the methodology for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Program.
