Technical support for the training and certification of knowledge and skills of employees of all productive sectors of the economy.

MADE Consultants has undertaken the technical support of the Exporters’ Association of Crete for the implementation of the “Training and Certification of employees in Crete for their participation in the structural changes of the economy”.

The Exporters’ Association of Crete will carry out the training and certification of 190 employees through 200 hours of training. Employees will be able to attend one of the following thematic training programs:

• Electronic commerce systems specialist (e-commerce)
• Catering Executive – Management of catering units
• Salesman – Export Executive – International Trade
• Management and economy executive in the tourism sector

After the completion of the training, the beneficiaries will be examined for the certification of knowledge and skills according to the international standard 17024 or the EOPEPP, and if necessary, there will be a review.

The method of carrying out the educational programs will be decided before their start and will depend on the characteristics of the beneficiaries (working hours, professional experience, age, etc.). The educational programs can be carried out in person or remotely, or with a combination of the two methods.
