Consulting Support Services to Exporters’ Association of Crete for the implementation of training projects of the Operational Programme “Crete 2014-2020”

MADE Consultants, undertook the support of the Association of Exporters of Crete for the implementation of the action “Training and certification of employees of all productive sectors of the economy for their participation in structural changes of the economy in Crete” which was included in the Operational Programme “Crete 2014-2020”.

The object of the project was the provision of training and certification services to 190 private sector employees of all productive sectors of the economy, including the self-employed, for the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies in both specialized and horizontal specialties and subjects that will substantially enhance their employability, the prospect of improving their employment conditions and their professional mobility.

Indicatively, among the actions implemented by MADE Consultants was the technical support and advisory guidance of the association, regarding:

• the implementation of tendering procedures according to Law 4412/2016
• the publication of the invitation and the selection of beneficiaries for participation in the training programmes.
• the payment of training allowances to the beneficiaries
• the payment of contractors
• the updating of the Monitoring Information System
