Operational Program of the Municipality of Viannos
The Operational Program is an integrated program for the local and organizational development of the Municipality of Viano. It concerns infrastructure and local investments, as well as the improvement of the existing organization and operation of the Municipality, ensuring the improvement of the administrative capacity of the Municipality and the provision of better quality services to citizens. It covers the full range of the Municipality’s responsibilities and potentially all local affairs.
In drawing it up, the guidelines of development planning at national and regional level, existing spatial and urban planning and the priorities arising from statutory financial instruments are necessarily taken into account, highlighting their local dimension.
In this context and in line with the guidelines of regional and national development planning, MADE Consultants has undertaken the support of the Municipality of Viannos’s interdisciplinary project team for the preparation of the Operational Program for the period 2024-2028 so that it becomes an organic element of the Municipality’s daily operation and administration and part of its programmatic cycle.
