Technical support for the preparation of the implementation of intervention P3-78.1 (Education-training of farmers-foresters) of the CAP 2023-2027

Within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027, MADE Consultants was contracted to support the Education, Training and Agricultural Advice Unit of the Special Service for the Implementation of Rural Development Interventions of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food in the preparation and implementation of intervention P3-78.1 and the Local Development Unit in the preparation and implementation of sub-interventions P3-77-4.1-2.1/2/3.

In particular, MADE Consultants undertook the preparation of a simplified cost study and the mapping of potential education/training providers, as well as the support of the Intermediate Management Bodies in the preparation of the institutional framework and during the publication of the Calls for Proposals for the actions.

More specifically, MADE Consultants provided support in the preparation of integrated proposals for the implementation of the actions mentioned above (ministerial decisions, circulars, calls for proposals), advice on the resolution of issues arising during the preparation of draft decisions for the implementation of actions, support to the Intermediate Body before and after the publication of Calls for Proposals, support in the formulation of requirements for the development of the Integrated Information System for the CAP, etc.
