Operational Program of the Municipality of Malevizi
The Municipality of Malevizi operational program is a comprehensive local and organizational development plan that aims to strengthen infrastructure and local investment, as well as improve the internal functioning of the Municipality.
The operational program covers all of the Municipality’s responsibilities, as well as potentially all local affairs. It includes a description of the basic geographical, demographic, social, economic, urban planning, environmental, and development characteristics of the municipality, the assessment of the current situation, the formulation of its development vision and strategy, the determination of its operational and financial planning, as well as the methodology for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Program.
MADE Consultants undertook the technical and scientific support of the Municipality of Malevizi for the preparation of the Operational Program 2024–2028, in line with the guidelines of regional and national development planning, the requirements of the institutional framework, and based on the specific characteristics and position of the Municipality in the broader social, economic, and geopolitical environment.
