Evaluation Plan of the Local LEADER/CLLD Programme 2014–2020 by the Cyclades Development Agency

In the framework of the implementation of the Local LEADER/CLLD Program 2014–2020 of the Cyclades Development Agency S.A., MADE Consultants undertook the preparation of the program’s Evaluation Plan. The objective of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the implemented strategy, as well as to draw useful conclusions that will contribute to the improvement of the program’s implementation.

The purpose and key objectives of the evaluation focus on assessing the results of the local strategy and the activities of the Local Action Group, evaluating the implementation of the LEADER method both during the planning and execution phases of the local program, and assessing the added value the program has brought to the intervention area.

To achieve the above, the coherence and relevance of the strategy are examined, the contribution of actions to strengthening local development is assessed, the effectiveness of the Local Action Group in managing the program is evaluated, and the added value of the interventions to the local community is analyzed.
