Through a structured and results-driven approach, the company ensures full compliance with programme requirements while strengthening the quality and reliability of implementation.

MADE Consultants’ contribution centers on the comprehensive monitoring of project progress, the preparation and submission of technical reports, and the effective management of both the physical and financial components of the project. By applying robust methodologies and data-driven processes, the company supports documentation, expenditure verification, and the efficient handling of reporting and control procedures.

At the same time, MADE Consultants enhances operational coordination and collaboration among project partners, streamlines information flows, and supports informed decision-making—delivering tangible added value to the overall governance of the project.

In addition, the company implements targeted communication and publicity actions to ensure effective dissemination of project results, while also supporting the design and delivery of specialized training programmes in Crete, contributing to capacity building in the field of civil protection.
